FACILITIES	Besides your special location, our services are also available at the KC HAll, JC/Lions Hall and VFW Hall in Reedsburg, Rock Springs Community Center, Spring Valley Inn in Spring Green, Palace Bar in Plain and Sauk County Fairgrounds in Baraboo and Baraboo Arts Center, Raintree Resort in Wisconsin Dells
MENUS	All Menus are served BUFFET style.  Wedding Party / Family will be served upon request for no charge.
PRICES	All prices are subject to change due to market conditions.  All prices are subject to change without notice.
GRATUITY	A 15% gratuity will be added to ALL menus.
SERVING TIME	The length of serving time depends on your menu selection and the number of guests to be served.  We will allow a 15 minute extension of your selected  serving time.  If you are not ready to be served after this extension, you will be charged $15.00 for each 15 minutes that follow. Serving time is 1 1/2 hours, additional fee will be $15.00 for each 15 minutes added.
GUARANTEES	An estimated number of guests is required at the time of reservation.  Final guarantee is required ONE WEEK prior to function. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE GUARANTEED NUMBER OF GUESTS OR THE NUMBER OF GUESTS SERVED WHICHEVER IS GREATER When on location, we are prepared to serve 5% over the guaranteed number of guest. Any remaining food will left at our discretion.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS	A $250.00 deposit is required to confirm a date for a WEDDING RECEPTION.  This deposit is refundable only if date is canceled at least 120 days prior. A 50% deposit is required ONE WEEK prior to all functions; payment of the balance is due ONE WEEK following event. Or full payment may be made on date of function.
CANCELLATIONS	Any cancellation made within one week of scheduled function will be charged 50% of  guaranteed reservation
PUNCH	$6.00 per gallon (serves 20-25).  The price includes punch cups.
CAKE CUTTING	A $35.00 fee will be charged for cutting and/or serving cakes not provided by Geffert Catering.
TABLE LINEN	White table linens are provided for buffet table.  Additional linens (54" x 120") are available for $4.00 each. 10 1/4 divided Plates, napkins, silverware (real silverware will be used for weddings), cups and condiments.
